The Magic Bullet for learning guitar easily!

In my 20 years as a guitar teacher, I’ve been asked hundreds of times, “What’s the best, easiest way to learn guitar?” And in the course of teaching over 500 students and crossing paths with hundreds more, there’s just one thing that I really see making a difference between good guitarists and those who get stuck and can’t improve any further: Guidance.

As great as YouTube guitar lessons videos and website articles can be, your guitar education will be missing some vital elements if you don’t have someone to guide you through. Why?

1. Music is a cumulative subject. Each new concept and idea builds on the one before it. If you don’t know the right order to learn things in, it’s like trying to learn Calculus before you know basic Arithmetic.

2. You need an extra pair of eyes to catch mistakes and help make your learning process faster and easier. I’ve had people come to me after having played for 20 years and gotten stuck. With five minutes and a couple easy tweaks to their technique, their world is opened up with the guitar being easier than it’s ever been. Too bad they wasted those 20 years working too hard!
